The Organizing Committee will make rooms reservations for all RuSSIR’2010 participants at Brno hotel. Expected reservation period is from 13.09 to 18.09 (12.00 am).

How to get to: any transport going through the city center, “Tzentralniy Rynok” (Central Market) stop, "Koltsovskiy Square" stop or "Pushkinskaya" stop, see the map.

Information for students who received a grant for accommodation

For students who received a grant for accommodation, the Organizing Committee pays for hotel rooms at Brno hotel. Accomodation grants are not paid in cash.

Hotel accommodation for grantees is supposed from September 13 (tentatively from early morning) until checkout time (i.e. 12.00) on September 18. Extra time for accommodation (before or after the period mentioned above) is paid by grantees at their own expense. The hotel rooms category for grantee accomodation is determined by the Organizing Committee.

Hotel rooms

Brno hotel offers rooms of different categories:

• Single rooms: 206 rooms, cost from 1,200 rubles up to 2,600 rubles.
• Double rooms: 106 rooms, cost from 1,800 rubles up to 3,000 rubles.

Accommodation at other hotels Participants' accommodation is also possible at other hotels in Voronezh. In this case, hotel booking and payment for rooms is made by the RuSSIR participants directly.
